On behalf of an internationally established logistics service provider with a strong global network, we are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Branch Manager to lead and further develop an established branch in Atlanta, GA.
Our client is one of the leading providers of international transport and logistics solutions. With a strong market presence, high service standards, and a customer-focused approach, the company develops tailored solutions for international supply chains.
Your Role
As Branch Manager, you will assume full operational, commercial, and financial responsibility for the local branch. You will lead the team, ensure efficient operational processes, and drive the continued development of the business in the region.
Your responsibilities include:
- Full responsibility for the operational and financial performance of the branch
- Leading, motivating, and developing the local team
- Ensuring efficient processes and consistently high service quality
- Developing existing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities
- Supporting the strategic and commercial development of the location
- Working closely with regional and international management teams
- Ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements
Your Profile
- Several years of management experience within freight forwarding or international logistics
- Strong operational and commercial understanding
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Experience with budget and P&L responsibility
- Customer-focused and entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English
