On behalf of an internationally established logistics and supply chain organization, we are currently conducting a confidential search for an experienced Air Product Manager Southern Germany (m/f/d).

In this leadership role, you will be responsible for the further development of the regional airfreight organization across Southern Germany, with Stuttgart serving as the operational hub. The position combines operational responsibility, organizational development and commercial leadership within an international environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and further develop the regional airfreight organization across Southern Germany
- Manage and optimize operational processes as well as relevant performance, service and quality indicators
- Support the further development of existing team structures and leadership capabilities within the organization
- Drive productivity, efficiency and profitability across the product area
- Strengthen and expand existing customer relationships while supporting regional growth initiatives
- Collaborate closely with national and international stakeholders on process and organizational development
- Contribute to strategic projects and the continued expansion of the regional airfreight organization
Your Profile
- Several years of leadership experience within international airfreight forwarding
- Strong operational expertise combined with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience managing larger teams and complex organizational structures
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Hands-on leadership approach and excellent communication skills
- Fluent English required; German beneficial
