As part of this year’s transport logistic trade fair in Munich, WCL – Worldwide Consultants in Logistics is hosting an expert panel on the Exhibitor Stage titled: “M&A in Logistics: SMEs Meet Corporates.” The session will focus on the specific challenges and key success factors in mergers and acquisitions between medium-sized businesses and large corporations.
Dr. Hubertus Schröder, Partner at the international law firm Addleshaw Goddard, will share his extensive experience advising national and international clients. Over the course of numerous M&A transactions—particularly those involving cross-border and private equity elements—he has developed a deep understanding of the differing expectations and mindsets between family-owned businesses and corporates.
His presentation at the fair will provide practical insights into how such negotiations can be structured, where typical pitfalls lie, and how to build a solid bridge between different corporate cultures.
With a sector-specific focus on energy, transport, technology, and retail & consumer goods, Dr. Schröder will offer valuable insights from the perspective of international transactional practice.
The event offers decision-makers from the transport and logistics sector, as well as adjacent industries, a valuable platform to exchange ideas on a key topic of business transformation.
