Over the past weeks, Christian Nebel, Executive Search expert at Worldwide Consultants in Logistics, spent several weeks traveling across Thailand, Singapore and Hong Kong.
The trip focused on personal meetings with clients, partners and senior executives from the international logistics industry. In executive search, direct conversations and on-site visits remain essential for understanding leadership needs and strategic developments within organizations.
During the visit, Christian Nebel met with several logistics companies and existing clients, discussing current leadership requirements as well as strategic developments in areas such as contract logistics, international supply chains and global logistics operations.
These discussions also led to the initiation of several new executive search mandates for leadership roles within international logistics organizations.
A key moment of the trip was reconnecting with Yui Kantamalee Richardson, partner within the WCL network in Asia. Close cooperation with regional partners allows WCL to combine local market insight with global executive search expertise.
In addition to client meetings, the trip also included company visits and industry discussions that provided valuable insights into current developments in the logistics and supply chain sector across the region.
Asia continues to be one of the most dynamic regions in global logistics, making personal presence and regular exchange with partners and clients an important part of WCL’s international executive search activities.
