Our client is an internationally active logistics company with a strong presence in Europe. To further develop the UK & Ireland region, we are looking for a dynamic leader who brings entrepreneurial spirit, creativity, and out-of-the-box thinking. The position is based in London, with regular travel within the region.
Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the UK & Ireland locations
- Expansion of existing activities in air freight, ocean freight, and customs brokerage
- Development of value-added services and hybrid logistics solutions
- Strengthening strategic trade lanes with focus on Transatlantic and India
- Building and further developing the small but fast-growing team in Ireland
- P&L responsibility and reporting to the European management
Your Profile
- Several years of experience in international freight forwarding
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take new approaches
- Proven leadership skills and enthusiasm for building and developing teams
- Creativity, hands-on mentality, and strong initiative
- Excellent communication skills in English, additional languages are a plus
