We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales USA to lead business development, strengthen customer partnerships, and drive commercial success across all divisions (Sea/Air, Road, Contract Logistics, Customs).
Responsibilities
- Lead and further develop all U.S. sales activities
- Build and maintain strong senior-level client relationships
- Drive growth initiatives and develop key accounts
- Oversee forecasting, pricing strategy, and bid management
- Collaborate closely with global management to achieve revenue and profitability goals
Profile
- Several years of leadership experience in international logistics or freight forwarding
- Proven track record in B2B sales and U.S. market development
- Strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills with a leadership mindset
- Fluent English, intercultural competence, and willingness to travel
