Our client is a globally leading logistics company. For the Mexican subsidiary, we are seeking an experienced executive to drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence – fully aligned with the company’s regional and global strategy.
Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the Mexican entity (finance, sales, operations, HR, compliance)
- Development and implementation of local strategy in line with global directives
- Ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, and market expansion
- Operational excellence across air, sea, and road transport
- Building and maintaining customer and market relationships, developing new business opportunities
- Leading, coaching, and developing the management team and staff
- Representing the company towards authorities, associations, and key stakeholders
- Driving innovation and digitalization to improve efficiency and competitiveness
Your Profile
- University degree in logistics, business, or similar; Master’s degree preferred
- At least 8 years of management experience, ideally in international logistics companies
- Deep understanding of national and international logistics markets and regulations
- Experience across operations, finance, HR, and administration
- Business fluency in English and Spanish; German desirable
- Entrepreneurial leadership personality with intercultural sensitivity and strong results orientation
