For a leading international logistics group with a global network, we are seeking an experienced professional as HR Business Partner (m/f/d) for a geographic cluster, within the framework of an exclusive executive search mandate.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you act as a strategic partner to the regional management team, ensuring that all people-related topics are consistently aligned with business objectives.

You translate global HR strategies into clear regional actions and ensure structured and sustainable implementation. You take responsibility for workforce planning within your region, support succession processes, and actively drive the systematic development of leadership capabilities.

Furthermore, you ensure that HR standards, processes, and labor law requirements are implemented consistently and reliably. You coordinate HR representatives across multiple countries, foster alignment, and create transparency through relevant people metrics.

Another key focus of your role is the support of organizational change initiatives. You guide restructuring efforts, growth phases, and structural adjustments, ensuring clear communication and operational stability throughout implementation.

Your Profile

You hold a university degree with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a comparable qualification.

You bring several years of experience as an HR Business Partner in an international environment and have already managed regional structures or multiple countries. Ideally, you have worked within complex organizational settings and are comfortable operating both strategically and operationally.

You possess solid expertise in talent development, organizational design, succession planning, and change management. Your working style is analytical, structured, and solution-oriented.

You present yourself confidently at senior management level and are capable of balancing diverse interests, taking clear positions, and contributing to sound decision-making.

Very good English language skills are required.
