We are supporting a globally expanding logistics and supply chain company in the search for a sales-driven professional to further develop the Air & Sea Freight business in the Atlanta metropolitan area.
Our client is an established international transport and logistics provider with a strong focus on customized customer solutions, high service quality, and sustainable business growth. We are seeking individuals who understand complex customer requirements, strategically strengthen relationships, and unlock new revenue opportunities through a structured, solution-oriented sales approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships in the Air & Sea Freight segment.
  • Proactively approach potential customers across A, B, and C segments and build a structured sales pipeline.
  • Qualify leads and drive the sales process through to successful closing.
  • Document all sales activities within the CRM system.
  • Work closely with operational teams and customer service to ensure alignment regarding customer expectations, service requirements, timelines, and SOP ownership.
  • Ensure consistently high service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve all revenue, margin, and profitability targets as defined in the Sales Incentive Program.
  • Conduct sales and service activities in defined target markets.
  • Support additional sales-related tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in international freight forwarding sales with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Strong strategic sales capabilities and high effectiveness in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build trusted customer relationships while maintaining a confident and focused sales approach.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to prepare accurate pricing and customer-focused quotations.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
