About the Company

On behalf of an international logistics and supply chain organization, we are currently supporting the expansion of its Business Development structure across Asia Pacific. The company operates globally and continues to strengthen its commercial footprint across key Asian markets, including Japan, Korea, Australia, China / Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines and Thailand. 

About the Positions

We are looking to engage with several Business Development Managers (m/f/d) across different country organizations in Asia.

These roles are clearly sales-driven, focusing on developing new business opportunities, building sustainable customer relationships and expanding market share within the respective territories.

The positions play a key role in driving growth across highly competitive and dynamic logistics markets. 

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and acquire new customers within the assigned country or territory
  • Build and maintain a strong and sustainable sales pipeline
  • Achieve defined sales and profitability targets
  • Actively develop the local market and customer base

Customer & Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders
  • Understand customer needs and position tailored logistics solutions
  • Develop and grow existing accounts

Sales Execution & Coordination

  • Manage and track opportunities through CRM systems
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver customer solutions
  • Apply structured sales processes to increase conversion rates

Your Profile

  • Proven experience in sales within the logistics / freight forwarding industry
  • Strong track record in business development
  • Good understanding of local markets within Asia Pacific
  • Knowledge of international supply chains and logistics solutions
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-driven, results-oriented and able to work independently
  • Fluent in English, additional local language skills are an advantage
