Our client is a leading international logistics and service company, operating across multiple European locations and providing tailored solutions throughout the supply chain.
For its German operations – with a flexible location within Germany – the company is seeking an entrepreneurial and commercially driven leader to take full responsibility for the national commercial organization and further strengthen its market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a commercial and growth strategy for Germany
- Lead and enhance the Sales, Marketing, and Business Development functions
- Drive new business acquisition and strengthen key customer relationships
- Identify new market opportunities and develop value-added service offerings
- Oversee pricing, negotiations, and commercial performance
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance KPIs
- Collaborate closely with the Managing Director and international leadership team
Qualifications
- University degree in Business, Logistics, International Trade, or Marketing
- 8–10 years of experience in a commercial leadership position, preferably within logistics, transportation, or supply chain
- Proven success in driving growth and managing high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong strategic and analytical mindset
- Fluent in German and English
